These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of https://fortit.rs (the "Site"), operated by Fort IT Solutions DOO ("Fort IT Solutions", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Site is informational
The Site presents information about our company, services, portfolio, blog, and careers. Content is for general information only. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to contract, a guarantee of results, or professional advice tailored to your situation, unless we expressly agree otherwise in a signed contract.
Submitting the contact form or sending an email starts a conversation; it does not create a client relationship or project engagement until we both agree in writing (e.g. proposal, statement of work, or contract).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site or submit personal information through it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any unlawful way or for fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape aggressively, or reverse-engineer the Site or its security (including bypassing Turnstile)
- Submit malware, spam, or content that infringes others' rights through the contact form or email
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

Unless otherwise stated, the Site's text, design, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by Fort IT Solutions or used with permission. You may view and share links for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent.
Portfolio case studies may describe client projects and products. Client names, trademarks, and product UI remain the property of their respective owners. Case studies do not transfer any licence to you beyond viewing them on the Site.

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g. social profiles). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Descriptions of past projects illustrate our experience; they are not a promise that we will achieve the same outcomes for every client.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fort IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site shall not exceed EUR 100 (or the equivalent in RSD), except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law (e.g. intentional misconduct).

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will change when Terms are revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Novi Sad, Serbia, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
